If at any time during the class, you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture. You may rest at any time during the class. It is important in yoga that you listen to your body, and respect its limits on any given day. You understand that yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education and relief of muscular tension. By participating in any Yogafun program, you affirm that a licensed physician has verified your good health and physical condition to participate in such a fitness program, if required. In addition, you will make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class. If you are pregnant, become pregnant or you are post-natal or post-surgical, your  participation verifies that you have my physician’s approval to participate. You also affirm that you alone am responsible to decide whether to practice yoga and participation is at my own risk. You hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that you have now or may have hereafter against Yogafun and all related facilities and premises for any personal injury or negligence. Additionally, the facility, instructor and Yogafun are not in any way responsible for any loss or damage of your personal property. Refund Policy

Physical Products
If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the physical product in NEW condition, along with proof of purchase, within 30 days and you will receive a full refund (less shipping and handling). Most apparel items or items directly shipped are fulfilled by 3rd party suppliers so we cannot refund or exchange the item if you ordered the wrong size, have buyer’s remorse, provide your address incorrectly, or have an unclaimed shipment returned to our 3rd party fulfillment center. Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. If any address is considered insufficient by the courier and is returned, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Any claims for misprinted/ damaged/ defective items/packages lost in transit must be submitted directly to our customer service department within 30 days.

Digital Downloads
All digital and downloadable product sales are final. We do not offer digital product refunds, once a download/digital access has been assigned to you there is nothing we can retrieve back.

Live Event Tickets
All live event tickets are non-refundable, with no exceptions. However, all tickets are 100% Guaranteed RISK-FREE. If for any reason you are unable to attend, you can request a 100% credit at our online store or you may use the credit for a future live event. All tickets are transferable. Payment Plans
If a product or service is purchased utilizing a monthly payment plan the customer is responsible for 100% of agreed-upon payments equaling the original purchase price of the product. If any payments are not received, the entire purchase is void and the payments made up to that point are forfeited to Yogafun and will not be refunded. Access to any digital product or platform will be removed.

Yogafun Training Access
You will receive access to the university training platform for the amount of time that was stated on the product description you purchased. If you have any problems accessing the digital content you have purchased please contact our Customer Support Department immediately at info@yogafun.com.au, so we can resolve the issue. Purchase of a Yogafun training module does not grant rights to the buyer to share, reproduce or resell the product in any way.

In the event that your Yogafun training purchase does not deliver an impact or result in an improvement of statistics, a full refund will be offered.
